Justin Barrows

Justin has been fascinated by glass since a very young age, but it wasn't until he moved temporarily up to Seattle, Washington, after hurricane Katrina, that he finally began his journey into glasswork.  There he took classes at the Seattle Glassblowing Studio & quickly realized he'd found his life-long pursuit.  In 2008, Justin moved back home to New Orleans & shortly thereafter took his first flameworking class with Andrew Jackson Pollack.  In Andrew, he found a friend & mentor and in flameworking, he found his passion. Now he blows glass full time under the name Liquid Art Glass, specializing in a variety of functional & artistic forms.
